How it stacks up, my honest take
This gem is a must-visit! The staff were unbelievably helpful, coordinating everything from dinner reservations to airport transfers effortlessly. Daily happy hour met other guests—perfect for socializing. Rooms were spotless and well-kept daily, providing a wonderful ambiance for relaxation by beautiful pools. Food was excellent, especially at Red Ginger!

The only hitch was breakfast and lunch menu items not clearly marked for gluten and dairy, which made ordering a bit of a gamble. It would have been helpful if the pool staff knew the ingredients better to prevent any accidental orders.

The Phoenix Resort boasts wonderful accessibility features, including elevators in buildings, which made getting around easy for me. The beautifully maintained gardens and inviting saltwater pools were delightful, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.
More assistance with luggage on arrival would help seniors.

The stay was relaxing and enjoyable with beautiful pools to unwind. The staff were always eager to assist, making dinner reservations and arranging activities seamlessly. Even during the daily happy hour, it felt welcoming to connect with fellow guests. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of my King Suite with Pool View, which was well maintained every day. However, there is a need for clearer labeling of menu items, especially for gluten and dairy, as some pool staff were unsure of the ingredients in the meals.

The King Suite with Pool View was super cozy and cleaned well every day. The view was stunning, and the room felt spacious. The maintenance was on point, making everything feel fresh. It was a nice touch that the staff also helped with dinner reservations whenever I asked. The only downside was that I wished the menu items had clearer labels for dietary restrictions, as some staff weren't sure about the ingredients in the food.
